How it works
- We find out what’s needed: care, location, budget and the things that matter to the person.
- We search, check inspection reports and availability, and send you a written shortlist.
- We come with you to look round two places, and tell you what we see.
- We read the contract and fee terms before you sign, including top-ups and notice periods.
What’s included, and what isn’t. Up to 5 shortlisted options, 2 accompanied visits, one contract check and 8 weeks of support. Extra visits are £245 each. Visits are included across East Sussex and Brighton & Hove; further afield, travel is quoted first.
We take no commission. Placement services that are free to families are usually paid by the care homes. We are paid only by you.
