They are decision aids written by a registered nurse from the National Framework, the Care Act guidance, the Mental Capacity Act Code and thirty-six years of doing this. They tell you which route to check, what to ask for, and what usually happens. They are not assessments, they are not eligibility decisions, and they cannot see the records.
