Do you pay or accept referral fees?
No. Neither direction. That is the whole basis of the practice.
Who is the client — us or the family?
Whoever instructs. We will be explicit about that at the outset, in writing, so there is no ambiguity later.
Do you provide reports for court?
We provide independent care-needs assessments and written opinions intended to be read by families, panels and courts. We will tell you honestly if a matter needs a different kind of expert.
Can you turn work around quickly?
Hospital discharge matters are prioritised with a 48-hour response target. Written reports following an assessment are provided within five working days.
Do you advise on finances or law?
No. We do not provide FCA-regulated financial advice or reserved legal activities. Where those are needed we will say so and introduce a regulated professional.
