Included: the adviser hours shown each month. On Care Partner Plus, up to 1 meeting attended a month, with meetings, preparation and travel counting towards the 4 hours.
Not included: further meetings (£295 each) and time beyond your monthly hours (£135 an hour, always agreed before we go over). Unused hours don’t roll over.
When it ends: cancel any month.
