Most MCA training is delivered by trainers who have never assessed capacity. Ours is delivered by a registered nurse with thirty-six years in mental health, most of it doing exactly what your staff are being asked to do. Half a day, live online or in person, £895 a session, certificate for every attendee.

Brief
A 20-minute call and three anonymised cases from your service.
Half day
Ninety minutes of principles, ninety minutes of your cases, twenty minutes of questions.

For every attendee, with the learning outcomes stated.

- Not e-learning, and not a slide deck read aloud.
- Not legal advice on an individual case – though the questions will get answered.
- Not accredited CPD points unless your professional body accepts a certificate of attendance – most do.
