ProfessionalsYou do not need to know which service you need before you get in touch. Start with the free call and we will tell you honestly which piece of work actually helps — or whether you need to pay for anything at all.
Transparent, fixed pricing
Every price includes a written deliverable, so you always know exactly what you are getting.
Phone consultation, tailored shortlist with availability, CQC ratings and fees, plus follow-up until care is arranged.
In-person consultation at home or in a care setting, full care report and ongoing follow-up support.
We attend visits with you, ask the right questions and give written summaries of every provider seen.
No. Most people arrive describing a situation, not a service — a hospital phone call, a parent who is no longer coping, a bill that has started to frighten them. Start with the free 20-minute call and we will tell you which piece of work is likely to help, or that you do not need to pay for anything at all.
Yes. Every price on this page is the price you pay for that piece of work. If your situation turns out to need something different, we will say so and re-quote before starting, not afterwards.
No, and we never will. Independence is the reason this practice exists. You are the only person paying us, so our advice can only be shaped by what is right for your family.
Something written. A funding summary, an eligibility opinion, an action plan, a shortlist or a full assessment report — the deliverable is named in each service above so you know exactly what you are buying.
Hospital discharge work is prioritised, with a response target of 48 hours. Written reports following a care needs assessment are provided within five working days.
No, and be cautious of anyone who says they can. Eligibility cannot be guaranteed. Continuing Healthcare decisions are made by the relevant NHS body. What we can do is give you an honest, evidenced opinion on whether a case is worth pursuing.
In-person work is centred on Eastbourne and the surrounding corridor. Funding guidance, CHC reviews, care guidance calls and second opinions are provided by telephone and video throughout the UK.
