Questions about where we work
I live in another part of the country. Can you still help?
Yes. Funding guidance, CHC reviews, care guidance calls, second opinions and professional consultations are all provided by telephone and video across England – and elsewhere in the UK by arrangement.
My relative is local but I am not. Does that work?
That is one of the most common situations we deal with. We can be in the room while you are on the phone.
Do you charge travel costs on top?
Within 35 miles of Eastbourne, the price you see is the price you pay. Further out, there is a fixed travel fee, quoted before you book and agreed in writing with the rest of the fee. All prices include VAT.
Do you know the local care homes?
Yes. We research and visit homes independently across the South East, London and the South West – and we are not paid by any of them. That is the difference between a recommendation and an advertisement.
